All US bills are serialized.
These days it wouldn’t be tough to track much of each bills travels.
“ESG scores could be influenced by opinions instead of data.”
Mis-misimformation.
It’s all around us.
Wow, everything is coming around full circle. Might we on the “right” soon need to impose communism or socialism, if we have the power? That might be the only way to prevent big business from imposing gun control, reverse discrimination, and sodomy on us. Does Red China have a “better” social credit score system than the western world’s private companies? I doubt Xi expects his people to bow down to black supremacy and sexual perversion like our own “Fortune 500” do!
You don’t need to be independently wealthy - just old and retired and not really needing a loan for anything else you may need in your declining years.😁
As long as you don’t need a loan, you won’t be punished with an ESG score. At least until the US brings in a Universal Basic Income and makes part of your pension income dependent on your ESG and social credit scores. :)
paranoia
I suppose that’s true but I’m not sure how they can tell what people purchase. Let’s say I buy 120 dollars worth of stuff at kohl’s. My bank statement just says the total and name of store. They don’t have the receipt. I guess a gun store they can guess more accurately. It all doesn’t make sense.
If you go to China, they know what every citizen buys in real time or near real time. They have the digital infrastructure to do this. They don’t have the computing power to do it as fast or detailed as they like. Presumably AI will provide the digital infrastructure.
Presumably, this will include knowledge as to what you buy from your neighbour with digital cash. The only way to avoid this will be bartering, but the government will have the record as to who originally bought what you traded for and they can quickly work towards tracing that item to you.
AI is going to change a lot. Too bad congress will wait until it’s too late to do anything as always.
I don’t view AI with any goodness. Potentially it can be very good if it weren’t going to be used to control people.
I only view tools like AI, or even fascism, as being good on the other side of eternity where the Christ ruling us would prevent us from exercising power over each other. But only at that point. Now, it’s not good imo.
No clothing for you, peasants!
I couldn’t agree more. That’s why it’s so frustrating that congress is reactionary. They never have a long look at anything. It’s a day to day operation.
ESG
Environmental - better be green and keep your carbon footprint small
Social - don’t you dare criticize the accelerated perversion
Governance - don’t you dare criticize the government (see FBI knocking on doors about people’s social media posts)
“Black on Blonde” is approved for white men to watch
AKA Fascism. Hitler: "Hey, I didn't burn any Jews. That was all the IG Farben company."
Support legislation that makes gold and silver usable as legal tender again.
Under provisions in the Missouri bill, gold and silver in physical or electronic form would be accepted as legal tender and would be receivable in payment of all debts contracted for in the state of Missouri. The state would be required to accept gold and silver for the payment of public debts. Private debts could be settled in gold and silver at the parties’ discretion.
Practically speaking, this would allow Missourians to use gold or silver coins as money rather than just as mere investment vehicles. In effect, it would put gold and silver on the same footing as Federal Reserve notes.
this isn’t new...even the colonialists in the 1700’s segregated themselves from those doing business with the Crown
I like it. But what if they passed a federal law charging 10% for the Big Guy after that?
