I predict as well. A total catastrophe in 2024.
And it really pisses me off when people call me #NeverTrump. He remains the only politician to whom I ever donated money to. And in 2016 and 2020, I donated a lot. $50 here, $50 there, $50 again... It all added up.
I voted enthusiastically for him three times: 2016 primaries, 2016 election, and 2020 election.
And maybe I'll vote for him again in 2024. I'm in California now. I'm not currently registered to vote. I don't know if I'll even bother.
And it's people like this backpacker POS that'll influence me to just sit it out.
Deny the regime the implicit consent of the governed. If nobody shows up to vote, that's our vote right there.
Anyways, we could've had a once-in-a-generation conservative champion. But, no. Our party wants the geriatric orange, NYC liberal bible-schlepper.
And this POS wants to criticize him for advancing conservatism.
And, when Trump loses (and takes the party down with him) I suspect that the Trump BFFs will somehow not understand just why and how Trump (the most polarizing anti-diplomat and porn star pay-off-er in our party's history) handed the nation to the Dems.
I'll vote for whomever wins the GOP nom. It appears to be Trump, no matter. I'll vote early, and encourage all who I can to join me. That said, I know (and am related) to life long GOPers who hate Trump enough to not vote for him, and accordingly, will have much less reason to go to the polling place.
