Trump owns 80 million shares of DJT.
He may be able to sell before the usual 6 month lockup, either by court order or by filing a S-3 with the SEC. That is, if the underwriter modifies their agreement.
But, after 6 months, Trump is free to sell or use his stock as collateral, subject to Rule 144 and some other SEC rules.
