I somehow doubt that. Even if the ship is undamaged and seaworthy, there are some questions the Feds will want answers to.
FWIW, ship tracker apps still have the Dali still sitting at the accident scene.
But per the presser, if I understood correctly, she hasn’t been boarded by authorities yet.
I agree, that was reported as the story broke. I happened to be up watching the news.
As this developes, the ship is obviously stationary at or near poingt of collapse and impact.
Why did the lights go out just before the collision, did the ship lose control power?

For sure. At the very least it seems very “convenient” that the ship experienced power failure at that precise time and location.
Somebody up thread mentioned the “48 hour rule” for sufficient facts to be determined to make rational conclusions,
