So now Trump should obtain a $175 million loan from Deutsche Bank, the bank that Leticia James claims was defrauded by the Trump Corp. DB has already testified that the bank did their own appraisals (as normal), calculated a lower net worth (again, as normal with most clients inflating their financial statements) and offered the loans which were paid in full on-time and often early. DB has said Trump was one of their best clients in NY & they would make additional loans if asked.
So DB, James claimed victim, would be insuring Trump’s appeal of the $454 million judgement against the state of NY.
Of course, after Trump wins dismissal of the charges & judgement, he should sue the NYS Attorney General Office for Defamination (triple her BS claim of $454 million, so $1.35 billion + interest)... and for Election Interference.
Not a dime’s worth of damage was inflicted on any of Trump’s
loans. That’s certainly worth more than $175 million, isn’t
it? /s
The logic of these people doesn’t even qualify under that
term.
