As for the issue reaching the USSC, Trump first has to exhaust all appeals in the state of New York, and he would likely already have served four years and be retired by then.
Ok, as far as depositing the money into the court's bank account, I guess it would stop the attempt to seize property. But nothing would stop James from filing other suits, and who is kidding whom? Nothing would stop corrupt New York from spending all the money in the account. At the time Trump won all appeals and said now give me my money back, New York would probably tell him the money has disappeared and they don't know where it is. IMO, Trump, having done business in New York for decades, knows how treacherous it can be for businessmen and corporations, and he has been miles ahead of James and the hack judge from the beginning.

Trump says he has the money for the bond so she’s just hoping he is lying. He’s not. He’ll wait until the last minute to pay.
I’m hoping that Napolitano is correct that she can’t just take the property immediately.
There was a story on Fox Business last week that seizing any of Trump’s property is going to be a lot harder and take a lot longer that the New York AG believes. The problem (for New York) is that Trump owns virtually none of them outright, there are co-owners with minority ownership interest and Banks with ownership interests since the properties were used to secure loans. Long story short, before New York could seize anything they would have to work out an arrangement with others with an ownership interest in the property which is going to take months if not years to sort out.
NY AG can freeze bank accounts, according to some news stories.
I’m sure there is a process she’ll have to go through.

There you go again! Thinking the law matters to the rats. IT DOESN’T! The Witch can immediately occupy the premises and then “accidently” allow thieves in to begin cleaning the place out and destroying it! She could care less! If you think she would be held accountable—THINK AGAIN! She would likely allow illegals in to destroy the place. Trump would spend millions trying to get the place back, the money back, as well as in it’s original condition!
CAN TRUMP DEMAND that his deposit be an ESCROW ACCOUNT THAT NEW YORK CANNOT TOUCH UNTIL ALL APPEALS ARE EXHAUSTED????
