CAN TRUMP DEMAND that his deposit be an ESCROW ACCOUNT THAT NEW YORK CANNOT TOUCH UNTIL ALL APPEALS ARE EXHAUSTED????
I don’t know the answer to that question. I also don’t trust the money to be there after the appeals are done unless the money is in the form of a bond.
