Islamic State released on Saturday a photo of what it said were the four attackers behind a shooting rampage that killed at least 143 people in a concert hall near Moscow on Friday, the terrorist group's Amaq news agency said on Telegram.
The publication noted that the attackers were armed with grenades, explosive devices, firearms, and knives. It was also reported that four ISIS terrorists carried out the attack - three of them were firing shots with firearms, while the fourth used explosives at the scene, Ynet reported.
"The attack comes within the context of a raging war between the Islamic State and countries fighting Islam," Amaq added in a statement citing security sources.

Russian's broke up ISIS cells in the past month that were planing on attacking Moscow.
That stance came despite Russian authorities having reported several ISIS-related incidents within the past month.
The state-run RIA Novosti reported on March 3 that six ISIS members were killed in a counter-terrorist operation in the Ingush Karabulak; on March 7, it said security services had uncovered and “neutralized” a cell of the banned organization Vilayat Khorasan in the Kaluga region, whose members were planning an attack on a synagogue in Moscow; and on March 20, it said the commander of an ISIS combat group had been detained.
Two sources familiar with the American information said that since November there had been a steady stream of intelligence that ISIS-K – an affiliate of ISIS that is active in Afghanistan and the surrounding region – was determined to attack Russia.
Moscow has intervened tellingly in Syria’s civil war, to the support of President Bashar al-Assad and against ISIS.
ISIS-K “sees Russia as being complicit in activities that regularly oppress Muslims,” Michael Kugelman of the Washington-based Wilson Center said, as quoted by Reuters.
He added that the group also counts as members a number of Central Asian militants, who hold their own grievances against Moscow.

This is why the elusive ‘Two State Solution’ for Gaza or the Palestinians is nothing more than an illusion.
It is inherently and completely unacceptable to the Islamists, no matter how long politicians pursue this supposed ‘solution’.
The democrats brought Moslems to America many years ago, primarily because of the concept “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”. The democrats and the political left hate Christians and Christianity because Christians teach that homosexuality and abortion are sins, and these two groups make up a central core constituency for the democrats. Bringing in large numbers of people who hate Christians seemed like a good idea.
Now the left is ‘hoisted on their own petard’, caught between a rock and a hard place.
They need to win Michigan in the next election, but the Islamists that they brought in won’t support them in the next election because of the democrat support for Israel. American Jews are another must-have core constituency for the democrats.
What to do, what to do?
They now find themselves in a political steel trap of their own making, driven by ideology, and with no good options going forward. No matter which side they come down on, a large core constituency is going to very pissed off.
Their only option in Washington is to try and bully the Israelis into making concessions, but the Israelis are in a death struggle with a well funded and absolutely determined foe.
There are no good solutions to this dilemma, not for them and not for us.
And now the democrats have embraced both communism and Islam.
This is not going to end well, no matter who prevails.
There is no “smoking gun” tying this event to the CIA or any Western intelligence agency. You must ask, who benefits? Not Ukraine or its Western allies. Increasing Russian resolve to defeat Ukraine is not in their interests. If the Russian media claims Isis is a tool of the West, that will have the effect of increasing that resolve. Just like 9-11 did in mobilizing the U.S.
There certainly was a coordinated effort to not blame Ukr/CIA.
We likely won’t know for certain, but I think we’ll know who Russia blames.
Because their right hands are holding rifles.
