It doesn’t appear that he was subpoenaed for the 3/20/24 hearing. All articles online say that he and Devon Archer were both INVITED and both declined...That empty chair beside Bobulinski was for Hunter Biden.
Why wasn’t a subpoena issued, I wonder?
If true, it is likely that a supeona for this hearing wasn’t needed because Hunter had agreed to show up for the hearing. It was expected that he would be there and he was a last minute no-show.
