i thought we were talking about what the rest of the world says, not the UN. Your “the rest of the world” didn’t miss US provoking Russia with NATO expansion? or that they missed how they’ve been interfering since 2014? How many countries in “the rest of the world” has the US or the EU interfered in anyway?

Again, you are assuming that MOST governments of these countries who sent their representatives to the UN and who voted as they did, Do not represent the sentiments of their people.
As for the US Paying them off, sure, I’m open to that possibility. Anybody can make accusations including a charge of rape against Donal Trump and Brett Kavanaugh. Please show me the evidence.
