US says they warned Russia...I don’t remember any “Get out of Russia” warnings.
Several days ago there were official warnings from several western embassies in Moscow to stay away from crowded places. Some of that was posted on FR - just check the rus threads from the past week - the reaction of Kremlin and the fanboys was that it is western provocation to cause chaos during the elections.
