Being a native Nashvillian, I was surprised while walking down a street in San Jose, Costa Rica to come across NASHVILLE RECORD SHOP. The French are very protective of their language and culture, restricting the size of McDonalds’ signs and so forth, but still on the Champs-Elysees in Paris English signs stand out.
