Kremlin propagandist Margarita Simonyan has accused Western intelligence of "direct participation" in a massacre at a Moscow concert hall that has killed at least 115 people and left hundreds injured.
The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for Friday night's attack on Crocus City Hall in which armed men entered and opened fire. The U.S., which had warned of an imminent terrorist attack this month, said that theory is credible.
However, in a post on Telegram and X, Simonyan, who is editor-in-chief of the RT channel and an ally of Vladimir Putin wrote: "Western intelligence agencies knew yesterday that the perpetrators were similar to ISIS. That's why they started feeding this version.

I’m watching Steve Bannon’s War Room right now, they just showed a video when Victoria Nuland was leaving the State Department, she was pushing for the 60 billion supplement that is up for debate in Congress, her comments the money would be used to fight an asymmetric war against Putin and Russia and that Putin would experience some really nasty things as a result of this money.
This entire debacle is right on the verge of getting completely out of control.

Before the fact, the US Embassy gave warning to citizens in Moscow that an attack was imminent and to stay away from crowded areas, or words to that effect.

ISIS probably has contacts scattered throughout the world, both with and without the knowledge of the countries they are located in.

Where the terrorists travelled or were headed is not per se proof of state support or foreknowledge.
Question Putin should be asking his internal security people: How did these armed terrorists get into Russia and travel within Russia without being noticed?

US & Britain armed and trained Kurdish militias, supported them with airstrikes and special forces, and destroyed all the overt parts of ISIS in the Raqqa campaign (2017) among others. That ended the Syrian phase of that war.
Similarly the US backed up Kurdish and Shiite forces in the extermination of ISIS in the Mosul campaign (2017).

Since the “chatter” is very rarely specific its rare that they can act on it, but they will release a warning with whatever helpful information they have.
Our particular interest was possible attacks on US infrastructure. This has been an ongoing thing over the last two decades.
