I agree, but strangely in this country you cannot execute someone with diminished mental faculties. Trannys certainly qualify in that regard. That practically gives them a free pass to kill whomever they please. Think about it. What happens when it becomes offensive to notice someone’s insanity?

Plea deal. The only question I have is whether or not the victim’s family agreed to it. Sometimes they will, especially if the DA says the murderer might get a lesser sentence due to an insanity defense or whatever.
Now, if the DA didn’t bother to follow the wishes of the victim’s family, then the DA is trash, and part of the problem.
