Russian authorities detained 11 people, state media reported Saturday, after gunmen stormed a concert hall in Moscow in a grisly attack that left at least 115 people dead.
Russia's Investigative Committee said four of those detained were directly involved in the attack that left the sprawling shopping mall and music venue smoldering with a collapsed roof.
Russian agencies appeared to suggest the attack was linked to Ukraine even though the Islamic State group claimed responsibility in a statement. A U.S. intelligence official told The Associated Press that U.S. agencies had confirmed that that group was responsible for the attack.
The four suspects were stopped in the Bryansk region of western Russia, “not far from the border with Ukraine,”

Well if you remember the destructive false Russiagate hoax it would be Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, various U.S. intelligence agency’s (FBI, CIA) and the entire Democrat Party. I’m sure you remember Secretary of State Antony Blinken suggesting to Ukraine they could join NATO. Remember when the Obama Administration stage the Maiden Coup in Ukraine to get rid of the Russia friendly elected President?
The new President is Zelenskyy, born and raised in the Russian speaking part of Ukraine, forbade the Russian Orthodox Chuch from practicing their religion in Ukraine, outlawed schools that speak Russian and harassed the Russian speaking population in Ukraine. George Washington he is not.
Remember the ecological disaster when the Russian oil pipeline was destroyed by the Biden Administration and their allies?
The Ukrainian Leader and the U.S. government would have motive and opportunity to stage the massacre in Russia, IMO.

My guess:
1) Moscow destroyed the Nord Stream pipelines, in order for the gas service to not be part of negotiations.
2) Moscow destroyed the Nord Stream pipelines, in order to place a burden on German industry (the loss of energy for production).
3) Joe Biden destroyed the Nord Stream pipeline and generally is a radical dipole in all things, because Joe Biden was in the spotlight in high school, relishing the attention he receive(d|s) in response to his caprice.
Stumbling around the stage, to remain in the spotlight, forcing people to pay for his antics, tossing money into the audience - when boo’d.
