For this law to apply to Trump, the meaning of the law would have to be turned upside-down: Trump becomes the predator, the banks become the scammed, and there has to be a pattern of repeated schemes to damage multiple banks via fraudulent misrepresentations.
Is it fair to conclude that the state of New York has put the international banks into the role of the consumer? In that role, what is it that the international banks are being lured into consuming?

A law professor once told me that the Constitution's right to bail, and at a reasonable amount, is absolute. Judges simply usurped the power to deny bail.

That is a bit vague. As you may know, there is kind of a lot of information on-line. In fact I read just the other day that alien invisible goblins control things and that you have been grumpy ever since your anal probe that they performed on you in their invisible space ship. IOf course I would cite the source but it's public and available to view online if you want to see it for yourself.
