LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The affidavit detailing the ATF case against the Little Rock airport executive who was shot and killed by federal agents serving a search warrant at his home was released Thursday.
In the heavily redacted warrant affidavit, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives claims that Bryan Malinowski purchased numerous firearms that he resold without a firearm dealer’s license.

***He was selling guns to just about anyone without regard for anyone’s character.***
Perfectly legal to do from 1776 to 1968. Many people had FFLs and sold guns out of their homes at that time.
I thought all that “Lawlessness and Chaos” was done away with by the Democrats back in 1968!
“Today we begin to disarm the criminal and the careless and the insane. All of our people who are deeply concerned in this country about law and order should hail this day.”-— Lyndon Johnson signing the 1968 gun control act into law.
And Thomas J. Dodd, who wrote the 1968 gun control act using the 1938 Nazi weapons law as a pattern...
“No one can predict how many lives will be spared because of this bill, but, if the bloody record of our yesterdays is any measure, millions of future Americans will live to enjoy the promise of many peaceful tomorrows.
I am grateful to have had the opportunity to play a part in this great moment in our time.”— Thomas J. Dodd on passage of the 1968 Gun control act.
I'm not justifying the raid, or his being shot, but the laws are what they are. If you buy multiples of the same make/model of firearms, sell many of them within days of transfer, that is what ATF looks for. If one or more of them shows up at a crime scene, or in the hands of prohibited persons, you're making it easy for ATF.
I have no idea. I am just commenting on the evidence presented, not it’s veracity.
I do not disagree.
Do you know what the Arizona law is on private gun sales?
“44-7852. Private party firearms transfer; state or political subdivision encumbrance prohibited
This state or any political subdivision of this state may not enact or implement any additional fee, tax, assessment, lien or other encumbrance on the transfer of a firearm between two private parties who are not prohibited possessors under state or federal law.”
There is no provision in AZ law stating that private sales require a background check.
This is Fed over-reach. 100%... Full stop. They mean to exert their illegal power and stomp the HELL out of anyone stepping out of line. This is the ATF making damn sure the pleebs stay in line.
All from an organization that ceased to have a Constitutional right to exist when they stopped being an arm of the IRS and became jackboots for the DoJ...
He was targeted for actions he was buying and selling guns in a manner that requires a Federal license.
I don't know why people are arguing with me here, like I support the ATF or Federal firearm regulations.
They are what they are, and what he was allegedly doing literally ticks all the boxes of activity that, in the Fed's eyes, indicates "being in the business" of selling firearms.
Whether we like it or not, doing that requires an FFL.
*”actions indicating”
A license that was predicated on the taxing authority of the ATF that no longer exists as they are no longer part of the IRS.
Don't be thick. UnConstitutional Federal laws should be ignored with extreme prejudice.

Your statements verge on apologetics for the Feds actions. As if their authority is unquestioned. This is patently bullsh*t.
To get the party started, feds always shoot the family dog. That falls into the category of "methods and means" so is redacted in public disclosures.
Lol, whatever. He ignored the law like you suggest. Now, he’s dead. I’m stating reality; you’re looking for a fight. Do whatever the hell you want with your guns, I couldn’t care less.
Your implying the law is what it is and should be followed on pain of death. That you can get all "lol" about it says absolutely NOTHING good about you.
When this story broke, as someone who has bought and sold guns, both privately and as a licensee, I was very curious as to what brought the ATF'S attention to this guy.
Once we had that, I commented on it.
For you to extrapolate from my very clinical analysis of the search/arrest warrant and make some bizarre assumptions about my beliefs, generally, is beyond disappointing.
Consider this my very weak and disappointing opus. I have far better crap to do.
