I don’t think so - at least not until things get so bad you have far worse violence than we have now. Most parents simply can’t afford to have a parent stay home with the children. Most families do not have the resources or mindset geared toward homeschooling. Proper homeschooling is a lifestyle choice that many families just can’t choose realistically.
The situation is now so bad that no education would be the better choice.
Illiteracy and innumeracy can be fixed. Adults do it all the time.
Dead, a chopped off penis, or breast removal can’t be.
