Judge was most likely threatened with BLM rioting, getting his house burned down and threats against his little children.
Still, he is a coward.
He was going to lose the next election either way against a black Marxist challenger.
Someone here in another thread said he didn’t have opposition. I think that’s incorrect but have been unable to verify.
I think he’s toast and he should have done the right thing here.

I don’t buy your rioting by blm. If she was dismissed from the case I’m sure another black prosecutor would be assigned.
