She died the next day. I’m curious if he’s following thru with charging her as an adult.
The report of her dying may be false. I keep reading that she is in critical condition.

I think you are misinformed. The latest article I have seen was 7 hours ago and she was still in critical condition.
Apparently that isn’t the case, or he wouldn’t be saying, “if she dies that it will be treated as a homicide case.”
I don't think we actually know that yet. No further information. If she died they evidently want to keep it quiet.

I haven’t been able to find ANY confirmation that she actually died - even some news outlet posted that “conspiracy storues” that she died were untrue. I’m not in ANY way saying she didn’t die, just that it seems to be next to impossible to find a source that says she did.

I was the original poster of this story a few days ago.
In the comments several people said the girl died earlier that day.
Apparently the news reports were incorrect but if you have seen a more recent report then she may be dead.
