A transcript of President Joe Biden's interview with the special counsel who investigated his handling of classified information contradicts the president's characterization of an exchange about the death of his son, Beau Biden, from brain cancer.
"There's even a reference that I don't remember when my son died," a visibly irate Biden told reporters hours after special counsel Robert Hur's report was made public last month. "How in the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself: It wasn't any of their damn business."
But according to an ABC News review of the transcript, it was Biden, not Hur, who first invoked his son's death -- and the president indeed struggled to recall the exact year it occurred.

Recalling that period in his life, Biden, according to the transcript, appeared to get confused about when Beau died, getting the date correct, but not the year.

Pathological Liar.
To be fair, Vietnam was a long time ago.
You posted the link as ABC but it went to MSN instead.
Or Microsoft start, whatever these places you guys send us to instead of the actual source.
Of course he knew when his son died: It was when his son's heart stopped beating!
Oh, you mean the actual year?
"Sometime between when the Nazis bombed Pearl Harbor and... Ummm, what was the question again?"
Regards,
I’m just surprised to see a news story unfavorable to Biden from a member of the Deep State Media. Things that make you go hmmm...
I thought that Beau died during the Spanish-American War fighting the Spartans over, yannow, the thing.
Sorry, he died in the mission over Macho Grande, he replaced George Zipp.
Wasn’t that at the same time that Joe was fighting Gene Tunney for at Madison Square Garden?
So it wasn’t just recently in Georgia by an ILLEGAL alien?
Biden remembers exactly what George Zipp said to his son before the mission:
“Some time when the crew is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell them to get out there and give it all they got and win just one for the Zipper. I don’t know where I’ll be then, but I won’t smell too good, that’s for sure.”
