I think DR has a big, beautiful wall on the border.
DR might be poor, but it's not a denuded wasteland, so I imagine they'll defend it

I think it is nearly impossible to walk between the two so “no”. My pastor was in Haiti when the earthquake happened. We had to get senators involved to get them out through the DR.
