More likely a cocktail of steroids, amphetamines, B12 and anything else they can jazz him up with enough to get through their BS campaign speech. And the dilated eyes (black pupils) are another tell, since his eyes are “normally” blue. Of course, they could always use blue contacts in to try to cover that... but they’re too sloppy and too arrogant to even bother.
They figure that they’ve won and are in control. They have contingency plans (more arrows in their quiver) in the works to keep that control. Bank on it.
Meanwhile, the traitors within our ranks are being talked about.... openly.... when the very least that Johnson could have done would be to NOT nod in approval, NOT smile and NOT clap at the Marxists that are destroying us from within.

I suspect that they "manage" his drug use and for very public events he gets a superdose -
For instance, he took four or five days off at Camp David prior to the SOTU ;
he quite often "calls a lid" sometimes as early as nine AM;
his schedule is set up so that he doesn't have multiple public events too close together with days in between to recover.

Just speculating, but with all the years Joe has been in Washington it may be his family has dirt on a lot of politicians.

One of the things I found noteworthy was his actions right after a big point he was trying to get across especially when he tried to raise his voice. He was literlly losing control of his facial edpressions and was opening and shutting his mouth like he was over worked and gasping. He was not in control of his body during those moments. A good one to look at I believe happened after he mentioned Reagan’s bring down the wall.
It appears the mental problem has now reached the physical problems. He is dying right in front of the country.

He only needs to last to sometime close enough to the election to provoke a Constitutional crisis. Earlier it could be resolved. Later it's moot, the VP ascends to the throne.
