A newly opened bar in Salt Lake City is under scrutiny by state officials after announcing on social media that it would implement a “no Zionists allowed” policy. “As many are, we are horrified by the ongoing genocide in Gaza and are even more horrified to see so many Americans ignore and rationalize ethnic cleansing. That is why we are pleased to announce we are banning all zionists forever from our establishments,” the Weathered Waves bar posted on Instagram.
“Zionism is hate speech. It is white supremacy and has nothing to do with the beautiful Jewish faith,” the bar said. Its owner, former mayoral candidate Michael Valentine, responded to backlash by stressing that “we are banning zionists, not Jews.”
But many accused the bar of thinly veiled antisemitism, arguing that the term “Zionist” could be used against any Jewish person who supports their homeland. Amid growing outrage this week, the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services, which had just given the bar its license on Feb. 29, turned to the state Attorney General’s Office requesting “an investigation on whether the business is violating discrimination laws,” the department said in a statement Wednesday.
It said the department is also reviewing its own “legal options for responding to discrimination at DABS licensed establishments.”

That said, the new bar got a lot of free publicity. But at what cost?
Following the bar’s to exclude, perhaps a bar here in Austin could ban Karens and men with manbuns.
They probably have a picture of hitler hanging in the bar.

How would the bar even know who is a Zionist? What are they gonna do question everybody at the door? Seems more of a publicity stunt than anything.

Definition of terms is important here so everybody can understand:
Jew-Somebody who practices the Jewish religion or somebody of Jewish heritage.
Zionist-Someone who supports a independent state for Jewish people.
Palestinian: Those people, who have lived on the land that is now Israel, that are formed Jordanians, Lebanese, Syrian, or Egyptian, whom none of their native nations want them repatriated because they have participated in coup attempts and terrorist activities in Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt. Nobody wants them anymore, but the Iranians fund their attacks on the Jews because they are Bigots as well.
Palestinian Genocide: What happens to people who commit horrific acts of violence, rape, murder, in the name of religion and ‘victimhood’, to anybody near the Jewish state (many victims weren’t Jews) and you get your behind handed to you be the actual military. Most would see it as necessary for your illegal, immoral, and wretched behavior that’s completely based upon hate and bigotry of Jews.
