I agree that it’s a double. With a mask. When he was walking in you could see the weird wrinkles on the back of his neck.
I looks like his chin is melting off.
And his forehead is weird, smooth on top, wrinkly on the bottom.
I’m not saying it’s a mask or anything, but I’d love to see someone yank on it. (Or see his chin fall off on live TV.)
