Rat-Skin and the other rodents are drawing greater and greater support to Trump among minorities with their Javert act. They might not know who Javert is but they recognize unfair use of government agents to hound them and they sympathize with Trump.

The 94% number is urban legend. The 35% / 48% number is taken from 2022. The Federal workforce skews democrat for certain but the actual rank and file is not too far off from the general population who are the people who make up that workforce. Of course in the DC area the democrat sympathies will be a bit higher but nowhere near 94%. Government Executive reported that employee support for Biden in 2020 was about 60%. That is still too much but much closer to “normal” people LOL.

Another urban legend about the federal workforce is its heavily unionized. It isn’t! Note below is 2017 numbers.
Percent unionized of federal workforce is 26.6%.
State and local government workforce of 36.1 %.
(Note not sure if the state and local percentages include teachers.)
Also, it seems to be heavily concentrated in postal workers & treasury.
It would violate rules against ex post facto legislation, bills of attainder and due process. Congress can pass legislation - laws defining insurrection and providing that the penaly shall be removal from office. But the charge of insurrection then becomes case or controversy which is tried by an article III court.
