Impeachment in the House is just an indictment. The trial is in the Senate. President Trump was never convicted in a Senate trial resulting from an impeachment. Basically, it's (impeachment) is a failed indictment and means nothing without a conviction in trial. They (Democrats) know this intimately and are just politically posturing.
The Supreme Court cannot be “disbanded” - unless a Constitutional Amendment is passed and ratified by the States to do so.

In an appalling statement, SCOTUS stated that the sitting president Donald Trump “lacked standing”, ridiculous in the extreme that a sitting president lacked standing in his own re election efforts, one that was overwhelmingly and transparently fraudulent.
