I don't think the judge is going to throw away his career over a $250 donation. That might have been a token donation to manage he briefly worked for.

Based on his most recent appointments, McAfee owes his loyalty to the Governor, not the DA. Willis can't do anything for McAfee other than ruin his career. Kemp can appoint McAfee to the Georgia Supreme Court, which looks like the trajectory that McAfee is currently on.

Would agree with you. Also, the State Bar has complaints filed...so they might chose to suspend Fani for some number of months. If you look beyond Fani...none on the staff seem connected to Biden WH.
