2. JBS has falsely advertised its commitment, etc. How would she know that? What expertise does she have to say that is a correct assessment?
3. That human behavior can change climate. How does she know that? The climate changed drastically while humans still wore loin cloths, if there were any at all.
JBS did make a mistake in merely opening their mouth about climate change. They should have done what all producers should do: Just keep their mouths shut and sell their product.
Just have Ergoron be the judge. He’s proven that facts do not matter at all and will actually make up his own to excuse his verdict.

Proof is no longer necessary. All you need is the right jury and the right judge. And given that this is New York, finding both should be easy.

Impossible to prove in court? It was recently shown to all that a NY jury and/or judge doesn’t need ‘proof’ to find the defendant guilty. At least twice in the last couple months or so.
As an earlier poster said, JBS, while fighting the charges and attempting to dismiss the case or at least change the venue, should stop all distribution into NY. The profits they might lose are less than the costs if you include this illegal, immoral and unethical ‘lawfare’.

Interesting point. There is an increasing tendency for companies like oil companies to salute leftists causes and claim they are going green, etc.
The left will go after them along with other agnostic companies. No one is immune. They can’t pander their way out of it. They left will keep after them until they die away.
If anything was to contribute to climate change, it was the Tonga Volcano in 2022 near Australia. Based on it’s release of debris, the climate change freaks should have been proclaiming the end of the world. But we only hear crickets. Check it out. It’s a miracle we’re all alive (sar). If that didn’t cause any climate change, farting cows surely won’t.
There are 1,600 scientists who say there is no such thing as “climate change.”
JBS should show the document from these scientists in court.
