Very true. Trump is doing as well as he is because he’s stayed true to his message. If he wants to add to his lead he just needs to continue doing more of the same, not compromising his positions to appeal more to the left, who will never vote for him anyway, regardless of who he picks for VP. That’s what Establishment Republicans have tried to do for years, with disastrous results.
