The usual “spend time with family”
Do they really mean that?
Politicians speak to each other in code. When a pol says he needs to spend more time with his family, it really means, “Oh sh!t, they caught me! They know!”
He probably has campaign cash left in his coffers, which he can keep. Follow the $$$$.
