Adding to the shocking spate of school violence across the nation, a 74-year-old Indiana substitute teacher claims he suffered a gruesome black eye from a teen — and teachers stopped him being arrested.
Shellshocked Rob Gooding, of Indianapolis, told News 8 he was serving as a substitute at Perry Meridian High School on February 1 when an unruly student suddenly approached him during a business class.
The hulking teen — who Gooding claims stood over 6 feet — raised his Chromebook and was poised to crash it down on his head.
“I saw him come up, and he said, ‘I’ve had it,’ and he came down and I blocked the Chromebook. That’s where the hole was,” Gooding said, pointing to a wound on his forearm.
“This man child was 6-feet-2, 280 pounds,” he said.
But the student then shoved the elderly instructor to the ground in front of shocked students and rained down punches on his head.
“He hovered over me and with his left hand whammed me,” Gooding told the station.
Paramedics rushed to the scene and found the dazed teacher suffering from a grisly knot on his forehead and a deep black eye.
Gooding told a school resource officer who arrived with the emergency crews he wanted his assailant arrested and prosecuted.
But the officer told him school administrators forbade him from doing so.
“Then he said to me, ‘We have been instructed by the higher-ups, which is the district, not to handcuff, or arrest the kid,’ and I said, ‘What?’ and he said, ‘Yes, that came from the higher-ups,’” Gooding said.

Of course it relatively new...Based on the fact the blacks have been totally emboldened by the schools, cops, government etc. It’s why nowadays they act like vicious animals over nothing.
Also sue the "teen's" mother. (I assume there's no father.)
Not new, just much more common. The real difference is that this "hulking student" went to a reform school and was never seen again, something that would never happen today.

It’s new based on the frequency of these events. This is not even debatable.
Every time I hear a republican politician or a conservative commentator, when talking about some egregious behavior by a Democrat, say “the American people are not stupid”, I think to myself …. yes they are stupid if stupid means uninformed.
We have a legacy media that is still keeping the “hands up don’t shoot”’lie going. They lie about everything. People who consume only the propaganda media live in a parallel universe from us who are well informed. They probably believe Biden that the border problem is because of Republicans and have no idea that the billions of dollars that Biden wants is just to process the illegals into the country faster.
It is very frustrating.

Minimum I’d sue the crap outta that kid, his family, individual administration and the school district. Money is the only language they know.

Oh, in NYC you’d be up on charges in a heartbeat. Teachers are not allowed to discipline students. They are not even allowed to raise their voice or “frighten” the student. Even “frightening” the student by supposedly raising your voice can get you up on charges. The corrupt UFT union is happy to take your dues, but they leave you high and dry if there are any problems. They are nothing but out and out commies. If you really care about your kids being in a safe environment and actually learning something, then homeschool them.
Try to learn how to think.

Your mistake was when you saw a small number of horses committing crimes you thought all of them commit crimes.
Another lesson for you is to learn the difference between woke and patriot.
When you have tantrums because you can’t distinguish between criminals who are black and the rest of the black population, you’re being controlled by the primitive part of your brain.
More primitive than the criminals you’re crying about.
No one is excluding anyone. It’s just statistics and a known issue that the media has an official policy (in the AP style book) to not mention race or religion when the story “reinforces” negative stereotypes.
So you have no description of the 280lb hulking perp.

It doesn’t fit the conversation. But it’s definitely a sign of deceptiveness.
The point here is you’re part of the primitive crowd whose posts are meant to divide black patriots from white patriots.
The low IQ part is that you don’t realize bad behavior isn’t caused by pigment in the skin.

This is you projecting a motive on me that I don't have.
I am well aware that most blacks don't commit crimes. But I'm also well aware that around 50% of all violent crimes are committed by the 3% of the population that are young black males.
If you are walking along and suddenly realize you are about to step on a snake, a prudent person would leap back, just in case the snake was poisonous.
While most snakes are not poisonous, it is foolish to take such a risk when the consequences could be so severe.
This is not irrational, this is very rational.
It is much the same for encountering/interacting with young black males.
If you want to blame someone for people having an adverse reaction to them, blame the families that don't teach them better when they are young.
Ultimately the problem is that of "fatherless families", which is also mainly a government caused problem.
