This is major stupid........................
Bad idea..
Hypotetically. a teen ager.. using cash. Goes on monday with a $20 bill. Buys burger, etc.. comes to $8/$9.. goes back the next day for the same thing with the cash they have left.. With Dynamic pricing it is now $12+. They don’t have enough cash. they walk away, go some place else.
Or a person goes to one wendy’s pays X.. Then goes to a different Wendy’s.. All the prices are different. “why is this one screwing me?” I paid X at that other one!
Or, you pull up to the drive through.. Wait in line. Get to the order point. Get sticker shock and want to pull out of line.
This is going to give a lot of people a bad experience.
What would one expect from a company that went from the best spicy chicken sandwich to the absolute most horrible worst?
