Background
A Fulton County judge has ruled that special prosecutor Nathan Wade's former law partner and divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley, must retake the stand in former President Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case to testify on topics not covered by attorney-client privilege
An honest IRS investigator (LOL—yeah, I know) would have a field day with the finances and tax filings of the law-firm of Bradley and Wade.
The big hitters are on deck.
Agreed she’s not skilled at cross-examining a liar, but the judge is not very good on the rules as well!
Well, I don't remember it, but, if I did, I was just speculating without any real knowledge.
Merchant is failing. I hope she has an ace up her sleeve.
Atty Sadow up now...
She didn’t fail. She got all of that entered into record while he said he didn’t recall the things he sent her….
No. The judge knows as well as we do that this dude is lying his ass off. Big difference between this and a jury trial.

Merchant clearly established using Bradley’s own words (texts) that his previous testimony was filled with lies and inaccuracies.
I don’t recall any dates isa coached answer
That was Soros on the phone.
They got all he money because Wade was the boyfriend.
They all knew. All cashed in on it.
Sadow is WAY BETTER than Merchant. He’s very good at getting this guy to squirm
I keep expecting Terrence Bradley to crack and yell “tear up the floor boards...it is the beating of his hideous heart!!!”
Sadow is CRUSHING it right now. - vivafrei
his safe words are “I don’t recall” and “I was speculating”. This is what our courts and justice system is (not looks like). An innocent plain old citizen is charged and has to go to trial he is in trouble.

He is killing this guy….
Now this is a real cross-examination!
