ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Terrence Bradley, a former law partner and divorce lawyer for special prosecutor Nathan Wade, has been ordered by a judge to testify Tuesday about his knowledge of Wade’s relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, sources confirmed to Atlanta News First on Monday night.
Bradley was called to testify two weeks ago in a court hearing held to determine whether Wade, Willis and her staff should be disqualified from their sprawling RICO case against former President Donald Trump and his allies.
On the stand, Bradley declined to answer questions about the now-acknowledged relationship between Willis and Wade, and said he’d been advised by the State Bar of Georgia not to testify about it, citing attorney-client privilege.
Bradley will testify during another disqualification hearing set to begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday, sources told Atlanta News First.
Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee notified attorneys in the case late Monday that some communications between Bradley and Wade are not protected by attorney-client privilege, sources said. McAfee made his decision after a closed-door meeting with Bradley on Monday, the sources confirmed.
Willis is the locally elected district attorney prosecuting Trump and his allies after a Fulton County grand jury handed up a sweeping indictment in August 2023 accusing the defendants of trying to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results.
Willis is facing allegations that she misused taxpayer funds and crossed ethical boundaries during her romantic relationship with Wade, and McAfee is expected to soon decide whether they should be disqualified from participating further in the case.
Two weeks ago, two days of often-explosive testimony rocked the internationally watched criminal indictment of Trump. During their disqualification hearing that week, Willis and Wade both said their romantic relationship began after Willis hired Wade, and that their affair had since ended.

Whatever the judge heard in-camera that is allowing him to testify should be interesting. The judge has an idea of what can be gleaned assuming the defense team can extract it.
Hope one camera stays on her face...Wade will concede...she will play victim. (play??)
It’s like a really bad episode of Suits isnt it!?
Terrence Bradley lied to the judge to cover-up for Willis and Wade. Why is he still a Lawyer?
They have BOTH been caught Dead to Rights for LYING TO THE COURT, They should be in the Lockup for Perjury and Conspiracy to Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of LAW, JAIL THEM ALREADY because
NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!
I hear Trump is calling on HHS to do a “wellness check” of Fani Willis.
She hasnt been heard of since she had a nervous breakdown in court last week
You won’t see fani Willis in the court room.
They want Trump sitting as a defendant in September/October instead of campaigning.
While this seems like good news at first watch they don’t push Big Fani aside and continue the case in another heavily Dem county with a more vetted front for the Biden regime to the the public face of the lawfare.
After the cellphone booty calls came out that was pretty much it for Willis and Wade. They also don’t want it tied up on appeal for a year.
My prediction: Fani is toast.
Thst wasn’t a nervous breakdown it was a classic self entitled affirmative action hire black woman caniption fit designed to scare the Trump lawyers and put THEM on defense, because that’s more than likely always worked.
Happened to watch the Willis testimony last week - unbelievable!
Thank you Newsmax for having yet another "something went wrong" episode.

I was going to start playing the race card myself, but Big Fani ruined it for everyone! That is why democrat racists can’t have nice things.
Being a big personality that can lie effectively and “tell people off” better than anyone else may be a help in getting elected as DA….. but not so much when you are on the witness stand being questioned by a number of good lawyers. Being questioned by so many because you wanted to indict and prosecute 18 people at once.
Fani Willis did not commit suicide.
I bet Judge McAfee will just hate it when Bradley’s testimony severs Willis & Wade’s last threads of credibility, allowing their dismissal without much of a backlash.
THEY ALL HAVE BEEN LYING
TODAY’S BEST POST
Yes, all of them. The question is, will the judge do his job.
