I would ignore much of the BS. We are getting a firehose of everything, real or speculation or pure BS, and it just makes for anxiety. History is the best way to develop perspective. There has always been piles of stuff going on that the general public knew nothing about, in large part because the information pipeline then was, in comparison, a soda straw.
