The eighth amendment to the constitution forbids excessive fines and forfeitures in civil cases. That Judge should be removed from the bench for his biased partisan decisions, he was certainly in bed with the prosecution.

“The eighth amendment to the constitution forbids excessive fines and forfeitures in civil cases”

It is a disgorgement of allegedly ill-gotten gains.

I suggest we apply the disgorgement principle to the mainly fraudulent ‘asylum seekers’:

ASYLUM APPLICATION

....

DISGORGEMENT CLAUSE

I agree that if my asylum application is fraudulent, that I and all beneficiaries of it related to me by blood, marriage or civil union will have to disgorge all related benefits from the application, including those pertaining to US citizenship, US residency rights & privileges, US employment rights & privileges, US licenses, governmental financial aid, earned and unearned income, and other gains lawful or otherwise as a result of this application.

SOME OTHER POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES for ASYLUM FRAUD

If I fail to depart within 30 days of US valid government request, I will be forever barred from US territory. Any action I take including a legal appeal I make to avoid departure will be at my risk.

I understand also that I may also be imprisoned for fraud, perjury and false utterance for such time as US law allows.
