Police are investigating at least 50 car break-ins around West Berkeley.
A video from social media on Friday by the Aquatic Apartment complex on Fourth Street depicts the damage.
Car after car has at least one window smashed out.
The Berkeley Police Officers Association says the break-ins are tied to the same overnight crew.

Excellent!
Anyone that lives in Berkeley deserves to have their car broken into.

Oh noes the Jew hating, far left loving crime douche bags got their cars broken into, let me pretend to give a damn..nope cant do it
Auto glass repair shops must be making a killing in Cali...
the break-ins are tied to the same overnight crew.
They’ve been calling it “Berzerkely” for at least 50 years, for good reason.

Are we supposed to be concerned or upset? I hope the automobile owner’s left something of value in their vehicles. Otherwise, their insurance company might raise their rates or cancel their insurance due to their not being equitable and inclusive.
I am amazed that there is no video available from surveillance cameras. They probably show the usual suspects and the local media cannot show that.
good
I wonder how many owners of those 50 cars voted to DECRIMINALIZE criminal behavior. In Berkeley, probably 90%.
I did not know cars were still legal in Berkeley.
I thought every person there wore quilted Pajamas, rode bicycles, exercised every morning at dawn to a public loud speaker cadence, and voted Democrat.
The needle on my give a damn meter is stuck on zero.
The need more defunding of the police.
Cars?? Bazerkeley??? No way!
Always good to see that justice is done.
