Good question. The only realistic answer would involve buckets of money. Pay the illegals to leave. Pay their home countries to take them back.

I suppose you could forcefully drop them off using landing craft. But that’s not realistic (or maybe it is).

The US has given Venezuela nearly $2.7B dollars since 2017. We can start with foreign funding to them and others who won’t take them back. Further, block ALL remittances from private parties here to them. Do it to all of them.
