Our eggs do not remain safe for three months even refrigerated. Dates on the egg container I go over sometimes but not that long.

Me too - if I’m not sure about the shelf life, I will drop the egg in a glass of water. If it sinks, it’s good. If it floats,nope.

I use 2 🥣🥣 bowls now.

Crack eggs in one, then put into the other.

I have only had 2 eggs go bad. One was really bad. That made me start using 2 bowls.

I always wash my hands thoroughly if I encounter a bad one. It was probably 4 months old but the rest of that carton of 18 were just fine.

I keep the refrigerator very cold. A couple of degrees below normal temperatures.
