He had been on parole and a cop gave him a speeding ticket. Thinking he may have to go back to prison, he went to the el monte PD looking for the cop. He pushed his way inside the locked door and they stood in front of him warning him to stop. When he didn’t, a cop shot him between the eyes I may have the calibers wrong. But with a 38. He staggers and then started pushing his way forward till 6-7 of them took him down and cuffed and leg ironed him before taking him to the hospital. Three months later the cops in El Monte switched to 9 mm.

In the YA he was in his room/cell which had steel doors. He lifted the door by the lower edge corner and bent it up and crawled out.
