Will First Sea Lord Admiral Sir Ben Key get another medal for trying?
The Brits talk war with the Rooskies but have nothing to shoot with.
This is not good....................
Rocket “Science” is not trivial.
Bad show, old chap.
What if a barge had been there with fifty leading Dems from the United States to support our ally and watch the launch?
They will like typical European fashion turn to the US to step up and defend them while dissing us at every opportunity. We should require them to pay dollar-for-dollar what we do, else end NATO. Guess they could offer some trades, maybe Greenland?
What the hell is ANYONE doing firing nuclear missiles to begin with?
A Satanist nation having trouble with its nukes is good.
Yeah, sure this didn’t work. But the Brits have two aircraft carriers.
Wait, what? They don’t have planes and neither can set sail mechanically?
“Britannia rules the waves...”
Clowns.
In other news, the HMS Diamond has no missiles in the Red Sea.
A Brit cargo ship was struck and evacuated.
The missile is capable of carrying a nuke, but is not.
A bit of a sticky wicket, eh wot?
They are able to fund their generous welfare states because the Americans are paying for their defense through NATO. We should charge each country a tribute equal to 5% of their GDP. Otherwise, we leave NATO.
Their peace dividend from the end of Cold War is over. Time to pay their bills.
Electrical systems by Lucus, the Prince of Darkness?
I guess they need a seven year service on the missiles too. Not to worry, the Brits can send their two aircraft carriers in the sub’s place. No wait.
“In 2022, HMS Prince of Wales broke down off the Isle of Wight, when it also suffered a malfunction with a coupling on its starboard propeller. The MoD previously said the issues were “separate and not linked”. HMS Prince of Wales was taken to Rosyth, Fife, to undergo repairs, which took nine months to complete.”
“The problem on the Queen Elizabeth relates to the coupling on the starboard propeller shaft, an issue most likely caused by “wear and tear”, and it was deemed prudent not to sail and risk a failure at sea.”
You’d think they might consider replacing those starboard propeller shafts.
“Rule, Britannia! rule the waves
“British nuclear missile ‘misfires and crashes into ocean’”
Take that, Putin, we don’t need our missiles to work because WE ARE NATO and therefore can defeat you without any missiles or any other working weapons. You don’t stand a chance against our waterlogged missiles!!!!
How did that guy get all those medals? The Royal Navy hasn’t been in an engagement since 1945.
Piss poor maintenance.
They’ve become a disgrace.
