The only reason that Joe has not chosen to take retirement at the end of this term is because “Doctor” Jill still has visions of being Edith Wilson, the spouse of Woodrow Wilson, in the last months of Wilson’s second term. He was almost completely disabled, and Edith was the communicator who came out and claimed, “The President has stated.....”, essentially the acting President. Nobody else ever knew what he said.
