With 300 sunshine days a year, low taxes and safe streets, it's little wonder Californians are flocking to the so-called 'Beverly Hills of Arizona'.
Sitting between Phoenix and Scotsdale, Paradise Valley is Arizona's wealthiest municipality, with the average home costing an eye-watering $2.87 million.
The affluent area has already proved popular with celebrities such as Alicia Keys, Michael Phelps and Stevie Knicks.

Exactly. Isabelle needs to go back to her job at the Pancake Shack. Stevie Knicks! LOL. Stupid broad is confusing Arizona native, Stevie Knicks, with a basketball team.
Every state should have a law that one has to reside in that state for 2 years before they can vote in local elections.
And the old “it’s a dry heat” thingy is no longer valid now that everyone has a swimming pool sitting under that 120 degree Sun.
The wealthy leave AZ when it gets hot.
The Bidenites will force Paradise Valley to start building blocks of low-income housing to house “migrants”. The glitterati will again be forced to move.
OK, well Id’ rather get hit by a truck rather than a locomotive, but are those my only choices?
Lets see, it’s February and we have about 60 degrees, bright sunshine, cobalt blue skies and unlimited visibility in my corner of Arizona! ☺
“And the old “it’s a dry heat” thingy is no longer valid now that everyone has a swimming pool sitting under that 120 degree Sun.”
Are you suggesting the pools in AZ make the climate humid?
Stop it...that’s like saying CO2 causes warming.
All people who use air conditioning will have to fight the woke Chinese Communist style Leftists from 2025 onward in their attempt to curtail and then end that contributor to climate change.
Assuming Dems steal the House, Senate and Presidency again.
“If you like summers up to 120 degrees, then that the place for you...”
I thought the night temperatures of 90 were tougher than 120 during the day.
Get back to me in August.
You don’t even have to be that wealthy. I knew some folks that would drive up form the southern AZ furnace-region and move into Marriott’s Residence Inn in Prescott AZ in the summer. Not a bad gig.
I really hate cold weather. For years we planned on heading to the northwest from CA, but as I got a bit older I found I detested cold azz weather..
So we did our homework and located to AZ, but to a higher elevation than Phoenix, so we avoid the summer extreme heat!☺
“Thousands of wealthy Californians are fleeing to celeb haven dubbed the ‘Beverly Hills of Arizona’
And voila Arizona has a whack job air head for governor.
Not in Orange Co. Life is good.
Bingo.
The inverse of that is:
Paradise Valley is where people from La Jolla go to ride their horsies.
The assault is already under way. I tell my neighbor, who is a native of ID, that in 10 years you won't recognize this place. He just laughs at me. Look what Californians did to Oregon, Nevada and now to Arizona.
Fleetwood.
August is very similar to S.CA were I am...(Hint, not in Phoenix or low desert).☺
