DOJ has said that this conferring is a matter of checking the box for executive privilege, and/or clearance to conduct staff interviews relevant to the case.
He pretends to be a lawyer, and the court pretends he is one.
Not on day 1 nor as far as I know on Day 2.
Willis’ ex-friend testified at the onset of Day 1. She testified Willis & Wadw were romantic with hugging kissing etc in 2019. She is the friend whose condo Willis took over. This friend reportedly refused to go along with some chicanery at the DA’s office and was forced to resign
Our current most brilliant Supreme Court Justice, Clarence Thomas, apparently benefited from Affirmative Action when he went to Yale.
AA is not necessarily the cause of stupid lawyers - there are plenty of White ones in Congress...:-)
This is a fuller answer than I gave above.
My recollection is that she was asked in detail and said 2019 which is what is claimed in the first of these articles

Einstein Bradley admits he does not know whether or not adultery is or is not a misdemeanor.
Ancillary to that, I think that Merchant et al. are trying to establish that the behavior of Fani and Wade was a financial abuse of the DA’s office and Fulton County (trips paid for by Wade for himself and Fani were a form of graft—Fani overpaid Wade and he return the favor with gifts).
IMHO, the question here is that going after Trump represented a scheme to abuse the office in a way in which 680 thousand dollars could be awarded to a “special” counsel of the Fulton County DA’s office. The purpose of calling Barnes this morning was to show an experienced and seasoned counsel was not interested in this endeavor which cuts both ways. It makes the case an experienced lawyer who valued his reputation had NO interest in conducting this sham prosecution. It cuts for the DA in that it gives a reason why such an unqualified a lawyer was awarded the contract. The major point is that prosecuting Trump was the ONLY way in which Fani’s boy toy could EVER be awarded 680k of the taxpayer’s money.
Oh. I saw that lady with the dangling earrings and thought she might be the wife.
Bradley seems to suffer from “CRS” disorder.
I actually think those “dangling links” were her eyeglass strap/holder. But maybe you’re right...her earrings. Ouch! If so, those are some mighty big, heavy earrings.
He probably learned it from Hillary. She was the master.
Fani just like her dad. Nasty.
Hope she has good security. Telling the world she has that kind of money in her house is asking for trouble.
Fani has a key shadow ally: the Governor of GA.
That’s good.
Me too, I have zero faith in this judge.
This is getting interesting.
Interesting - the state is questioning Bradley and talking about sexual assaults of employees that he did. WOW
It’s getting good!
Can anybody tell me how much longer this testimony will go on before this Judge makes a decision?
