Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis allegedly reimbursed her lover and fellow Trump case prosecutor, Nathan Wade, with cash for extravagant vacations they spent together, Wade said on the stand in a Georgia courtroom Thursday. Wade said the expenses were initially paid for with his business credit card.
If the presiding judge determines Willis engaged in an actual conflict of interest with her lover and fellow prosecutor, Willis would be removed from the case, handing former President Donald Trump a massive victory in the Georgia election interference case.
Judge Scott McAfee said during a Monday hearing that disqualification from the case is “possible” for Willis.

Fani just got on the stand and started barking orders about wanting pleadings. I’ve never seen her before so either in a few minutes she will be a badass or get rolled over. She has not testified yet but her demeanor is one of an entitled bitch.
With a attitude. the Lawyers dimply need to show she filed a false document with the court.
They both thought they landed a great govt gig to steal a lot of money and have a lot of fun.

There has to be an IRS regulation of some sort being broken here.

3) Does Wade have accounting and tax records showing where the cash received from Fani was booked as income or an offset to the total deductions he took fraudulently for his pesonal travel?
I doubt the judge wants to be branded as racist for doubting the lies of a black attorney, but he could not possibly have found Wade’s testimony to be credible. Someone should contact the IRS tip line about likely fraud.
The fact is, that she was perfectly capable of booking, her own flights and cruises in her own name, and paying for them herself, whether she was traveling with him or not.
I can certainly understand the “stash of cash’ she likes to keep-——
HOWEVER-—THE question I was waiting for the Trump Lawyers to ask:
“WHEN YOU DEPLETED YOUR HOARD OF CASH-—EXACTLY HOW DID YOU REPLENISH IT?”
She had already forcefully stated that she didn’t use ATM’s.
No paper trail.
She may be dumb, but she’s not stupid.
A tremendous amount of time was spent delicately describing their level of unclothed wrestling.
