CNBC has conveniently failed to report that SCOTUS has made it clear that The Big Guy doesn’t have the authority to do so.He even made reference to that fact recently. IIRC in a speech he said something like “the Supreme Court tried to block me,but they didn’t stop me”.

No, the USSC decision only concerned the blanket forgiveness under national emergency. Team Biden is using every twist and turn in the existing law to get around the court.

A couple of thoughts. Don't you wish Republicans worked as tirelessly to achieve their goals like Team Biden? And speaking of Republicans, where are their howls of opposition to this?

I make my FINAL school loan payment on the 25th. I have worked very hard to arrive at the end of that road.

I am also paying on a Parent Plus loan for one of my children. I continue to work very hard to do that... and will be for at least 10 more years.

Joe Biden can kiss my hard working behind.

Is the only conservative recourse in this situation to have impeachment charges brought about due to his violation of The Constitution? Biden seems to think he untouchable regardless of the ruling.

Me too and I want my mortgage paid off as well. Amazes me what this guy gets away with. He has zero power to forgive loans, but once again the Rat/RINO uniparty bows to his Majesty Biden as he continues to raze the country to the ground while the one guy - Donald Trump - who was doing tremendous things for this country and the world continues to be prosecuted EXACTLY how Biden should be prosecuted!! Now we have gangs coming over the border robbing people, raping, attacking cops and now shooting people and STILL the Rat/RINOs bow to him.

Even a Bloomberg article hints at that motive:
