Kari Lake receives major endorsement from Senate GOP campaign arm (NRSC)

The National Republican Senatorial Committee, the GOP Senate campaign arm, on Tuesday endorsed Kari Lake in the Arizona Republican U.S. Senate primary.

Lake began work even before she announced her bid last fall to show that she is ready to move beyond her 2022 Arizona gubernatorial loss and that she's ready to work with the NRSC and its chair, Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., to secure the swing state for the GOP, Politico reported.

Lake said she is honored to have the prominent endorsement ahead of the state's primary next month.

"We are uniting Republicans in Arizona and have a clear path to victory," she said. "The Senate Majority runs through Arizona."

The NRSC is expected to host a fundraiser in D.C. in March with Lake. Both Daines and Senate GOP Conference Chair John Barrasso, R-Wyo., the latter of whom previously endorsed Lake, are both listed on the invitation.

A poll last month showed the Senate race is tense, as Lake has a narrow lead over her likely opponent, Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego. The dynamics of the race may change if incumbent independent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, who previously won her seat as a Democrat before leaving the party, enters the race. Sinema has yet to make a formal announcement about whether she is running for reelection.

This in spite of the AZ GOP attempts to undermine and manipulate Kari Lake’s run for the Senate!

I guess it a case of “we cannot beat her, we cannot bribe her, so I guess we will have to back her”

Sheriff Lamb seems to have been left in the campaign dust.

And he would have a better chance in the general election.

Republicans rallying around our candidates; whether traditional conservative, moderates or populist conservatives. Who know who the enemy is, and we should minimize loses due to friendly fire. We can address intra-party matters after the elections. But for now, we either hang together or we hang separately.

Speaking of hanging, I was thinking that Arizona might not be swinging, if John McCain had.

The NRSC just wants your money to spread around to RINO incumbents. Don’t be tricked. Donate directly to candidates you like.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema is going backwards with her border security fraud bill, that should help Lake.
