I don’t think this is a man.
It was apparently a female pretending/trying to be a man. But I haven’t seen any obvious sign of medical treatment to that end.

Fox reported that the critically injured youth was HER biological child and SHE had trouble with the Jewish ex husband’s family. Hence, the anti-semitic angle comes into play.
