Will a 25th Amendment action provoke a Constitutional Crisis (based on the ineligibility of Kamala Harris to assume the Presidency)?

I dunno - if someone would even raise a challenge and the Supreme Court would need to rule on it at some point. By the Constitution, if neither the Pres nor VP can serve, it would fall to the Speaker of the House.

Which would be just fine by me.
